Delivery got delayed for weeks. VMV quickly put the blame on the forwarder via Messenger. Turned out it was VMV’s fault. Forwarder rep said VMV will contact me to remedy the situation but it never did. Forwarder kept on updating me when I complained but VMV (the one at fault) never did. I purchased a Christmas gift that arrived in time for Chinese New Year. VMV’s customer service is beyond bad. Please learn from your forwarder. Get off your high horse and learn how to apologize properly when it was clearly your fault. Of course, this never gets published publicly. Just make sure the higher ups learn about my complaint.
