1. ACCOUNTING & FINANCE JUNIOR OFFICER
Job description:
Responsibilities:
Perform general accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger operations; preparing journal entries; preparing monthly closing and financial reports; and preparing account/bank reconciliations.
Perform financial analysis, reporting, and management tasks.
Oversee the validation of transactions and verification performed by outsourced bookkeeping services.
Prepare payments, bank transfers, and conduct bank transactions as needed.
Produce periodic financial reports and other financial documents.
Ensure the timely and accurate monthly and year-end closure of accounts, including bank reconciliations, and submit reports to the CEO according to prescribed deadlines.
Ensure accounts receivable and payable activities are performed accurately and on time.
Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies, and other finance-related issues.
Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining audit-compliant internal financial controls.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related course; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferably with experience in bookkeeping and general compliance, but not required.
Knowledgeable in cheque voucher processing and cheque preparation.

2. ACCOUNTING & FINANCE SENIOR OFFICER
Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional with a CPA license to join our finance team. This position will be responsible for the accurate preparation and timely delivery of financial reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, to support sound decision-making within the organization. The role requires a strong focus on ensuring the company’s compliance with BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) regulations and maintaining a state of audit readiness at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizing and preparing tax-related documents, ensuring accurate and complete tax filings, and proactively addressing potential risks to meet BIR compliance standards. This may include Handling of Tax Compliance and BIR-related filings and concerns.
The senior Finance Officer will lead efforts to ensure that financial processes and records are audit-ready, with an emphasis on mitigating compliance risks.
This role may also be required to support the team in recording accounts payable, accounts receivables, bank reconciliation, and preparation of other financial and management reports.
Should demonstrate application of the knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Open to Associate or Officer level, depending on background and experience
Relevant experience in finance or accounting; background in financial management and analysis is an advantage

Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities

3.REGULATORY OFFICER
Job description:
We seek a Pharmacist who has a profound interest in and passion for the various functions in regulatory that include product registration, implementation of regulatory affairs rules and procedures, handling of appropriate licensing, marketing and legal compliance of VMV products around the world.
Patience, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence are required to meet our exacting standards, as well as a creative, out-of-the-box problem solver with irreproachable ethics. A highly organized mind who is meticulous about rules, procedures and documentation is needed for this position—but this detail-obsessed employee must also know how to pleasantly and effectively work with and negotiate several internal stakeholders as well as FDA authorities.
This person must be able to quickly and profoundly master FDA regulations so as to be able to comply with them strictly as well as understand the variabilities that allow for other, but always ethical and legal, interpretations and applications.
Responsibilities:
Secure LTO for the company as exclusive distributor in the Philippines and/or other licenses or permits as required.
Assist in the registration of products; helps in the management, monitoring, and renewal of appropriate certificates, licenses, and permits
Serve as liaison between Marketing and various departments and/or companies regarding research and development, product evaluations, usage testing, and other technical requirements of products and services.
Ensure the fulfillment of FDA Requirements
Ensure proper registration and managing of the registration (renewal, updating, etc.) of products.
Research product registration requirements in other markets.
Ensure proper registration of products in the US (drugs and cosmetics) and provide regulatory support to the Global Market for other market registrations.
To assist training or co-facilitate training on CRM.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Pharmacy
Must be a registered Pharmacist
1-2 years relevant work experience as a Regulatory Specialist/Officer.
Knowledgeable in FDA regulations
4.RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Job description:

Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and improve formulations, methods, and technologies to ensure cost-effectiveness and product quality.

Recommend materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services as needed.
Develop products with careful consideration of quality, stability, efficacy, safety, and economy.
Conduct stability tests and prepare proper documentation for each product.
Create the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) of cosmetic products for production.
Conduct validation of approved formulas in production.
