1.CLINIC OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

 

Graduate with a bachelor's degree in a medical-related course.

Preferably with at least 1-3 years of experience in handling clinic and admin operations.


Licensed Nurse is an advantage.

 

Knowledgeable with clinical practice or best practice guidelines.

 

Proficient in Google Suites.

 

Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills.

  

Willing to work in Makati City.

 

 

2. PATIENT COORDINATOR

 

Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or any allied health courses.

 

Preferably with experience in a similar customer-service or administrative role. But newly graduates or junior employees are welcome to apply!

 

Has the ability to plan, schedule, and execute clinic-related events and can handle confidential and sensitive information.

 

Proficient in Google suite.

 

With excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Eager and joyful, with a strong rubber-band ability to get back up and try again and again ... all with an immovable belief in balance, kindness, and empathy!

 


3. PHARMACIST


College degree in BS Pharmacy; must be a registered pharmacist

 

Highly intelligent, ethical and organized; able to dispense medicines prescribed by the Clinic’s Chief Dermatologist

 

Comfortable interacting with patients, very senior executives, international physicians, and clientele

 

Able to respond to inquiries concerning prescription contents, dosages, and other related concerns by patients, doctors, and clinical staff

 

Capable of monitoring and procuring of raw materials, ingredients, and medicines

 

Willing to provide technical assistance to patients, doctors, and clinical staff

 

Willing to work in Makati City.

 

 

4. NURSING AIDE

 

Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Must be a licensed registered nurse.

 

Preferably with experience in health care services, hospitals, or clinics. But newly graduates or junior employees are welcome to apply!

 

Willing to work onsite in a dermatology clinic located in Makati City.

 



5. FINANCE OFFICER

 

Graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting or Financial Management, or a related course.

 

Preferably with experience in bookkeeping and general compliance experience.

 

Knowledgeable in cheque vouchers and cheque prepa rations.

 

Well-versed in Quick books and other Accounting software for posting.

 

Staggeringly yet calmly organized: can work with multiple moving parts and wisely prioritize a wide variety of tasks.

Willing to work onsite at Manggahan, Pasig City

 



6. ACCOUNTING & FINANCE MANAGER


Worked at least 3 years in a supervisory/management capacity in operations.

 

Strong organizational skills.

 

Good communication skills.

 

Good grasp of general accounting principles and it's applications, a plus.

 



7. FINANCE (PROJECT HIRE)


At least high school or college level of any related courses

 

Organized, with attention to details

 

Willing to work in Manggahan, Pasig City office.

 

Can start immediately

 



8. MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE

At least high school or college level

 

Preferably with work experience in field of manufacturing or production

 

Willing to work in Manggahan, Pasig City office.
